One thing I'd like to say is that often before purchasing more pc memory, consider the machine into which it can be installed. If the machine is running Windows XP, for instance, the particular memory limit is 3.25GB. Putting in greater than this would just constitute just a waste. Make sure one's motherboard can handle the upgrade amount, as well. Great blog post.
